Среди тем, изучаемых в рамках курса: хобби и интересы, в мире животных, мода и внешность человека, стереотипы, человеческие взаимоотношения, фобии и страхи, искусство, политика, бизнес, финансы, защита окружающей среды, благотворительность. Основными навыками после прохождения уровня являются: понимание основной идеи сложных текстов, в том числе на абстрактные темы, длительного устного высказывания и большинства англоязычных фильмов со стандартным произношением, а также умение принимать активное участие в обсуждении, отстаивая свою точку зрения, умение писать эссе, отчеты, рассказы, официальные и неофициальные письма.
